About

Lucia and I have been married for 33.5 years and each day together is better the the previous one.  We have four daughters: Laura, Regina, Kimberly, and Priscilla.  Laura is married to a great guy named Everett and they have a son (Ben) and a daughter (Lily).  Regina is in Cleveland, Tennessee attending Lee University.  She is planning to become a missionary to Brazil when she graduates.  She is making some wonderful connections at Lee and it has been a great blessing for her.  Kimberly is married to a wonderful man named Scott and they have a daughter (Hunter) and a son (Lucas).  Kimberly is the jokester of the family and there is never a dull moment when she is around.  One of Kim’s best qualities is her openness and truthfulness. Priscilla recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Religion and is expecting her first child.  She is married to a good Christian man named Andy.  They are leaving in late March or early April for Ecuador where they will serve as missionaries.

Lucia was born and reared in Brazil but she is as American as she can be.  She is completely in love with the USA, so it had to be the hand of God that brought her to the place where she desires to minister to the people of Brazil.  She came to know to Lord as a girl under the ministry of missionaries and now it is time for her to return and help others the way she was helped.  I have a Master of Arts in Practical Ministries (Pastoral Counseling focus) and am a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor.  I have worked in the Criminal Justice field for many years but by heart is in teaching scripture.  I have always served in the teaching role in Church and believe that I have been gifted by God to be a teacher.   I believe/know I have been called by God to the mission field and am excited about all God has in store for Lucia and me.  We are members of the Fairfield Church of God in Fairfield, Ohio (www.fairfieldcog.com) and you are invited to visit as often as you can.  Service times are: Sunday School 10 am; Morning Worship 10:50 am; Sunday evening 6 pm and Wednesday Family Training Hour 7 pm.
